As part of Environment Day Celebration, Dr. C Jayachandran (Principal, GBS), Dr. Sujadevi V as a representative from the Faculty Members and Mr. Clinton C James as a representative from the students planted saplings under the guidance of Prof. C P Roy (English Department, GIAL and Activist, Green Leaf) on 6 June 2022 at college campus.

MBA students of Girideepam Business School along with their Faculty members celebrated Christmas with the members of Santhwanam, home for the destitutes, near Medical college, Kottayam on 20 December 2018.

Green Leaf is the nature club of Girideepam Institutions which is actively engaged to sensitize, create awareness, motivate and educate students about environment conservation. Under the leadership of Prof. C P Roy (English Department GIAL & Activist, Green Leaf) the students of GBS and GIAL had planted more than ten thousand saplings in Girideepam campus as a part of Girideepam Institutions nature club Green Leaf Green Girideepam Project.

It is a Socio - Economic reform initiated by Rev. Dr. Varghese Kaipanaduka (Director - GBS and Principal - GIAL) and Prof. C P Roy (English Department, GIAL). The MBA students of GBS and NSS students spent one whole day for farming at Kattappana Valiyakandam.

MBA Students of Girideepam Business School celebrated their Onam at Navajeevan. The students spent one whole day with members of Navajeevan and also helped the Navajeevan staff in distributing foods to patients of medical college Kottayam.

The Students and faculty members of the Womens Cell of GIAL and GBS spent their time with the cancer patients of Ashraya, near Medical College, Kottayam and shared food packets with the cancer patients from Medical College who came there during noon time, making the Christmas Celebrations of 2016 more meaningful.

"Joy of Christmas was doubled when celebrated with differently abled children, Gods own creation". Christmas celebration with differently abled students of St John of God College of Special Education by Girideepam Business School MBA Students.
